  • Item must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted for damaged/defective/distorted products only.
  • No returns for sizing/fit preferences. (Please check details before buying.)
  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.

How It Works

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  2. We’ll send a prepaid return label. We cover return shipping.
  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method and confirm via email. Refunds cover the product price and applicable taxes. Original outbound shipping may be excluded unless required by law.

Preorders

  • Preorders are paid in full at checkout (no deposits).
  • Preorder items follow the same return rules as in-stock items.
